RESCUE SPOTLIGHT | SWEET CUPID!
Well HELLOOOOO there favorite fellow animal lovers!!! Today, we want to introduce you to Cupid, a gorgeous Alaskan Husky who is available for adoption via Delaware Valley Siberian Husky Rescue here in the Philly area. Cupid came into the Rescue on Valentine’s Day, hence the name! 😉 She is a young, SUPER friendly (see Exhibit A, the photo below where Cupid is cozied up next to my leg while I’m trying to get her pic!!) & affectionate, 4-yr old female Alaskan Husky mix. She is on the smaller side, house-trained and excellent with children. Cupid currently lives with her foster family, which is comprised of three children ages 8, 6, and 2 years old. She also lives with two other female Siberian Huskies and has become fast friends with everyone. Cupid is generally good with other dogs but can become very excitable during play. Like all huskies, she absolutely requires a fence that is secure on the bottom as she has tried to dig under fencing (blame that famous Houdini-husky-trait!). Cupid has been known to chew items left unattended on the floor if she is left alone and bored. She is getting used to being crated. Cupid used to cry when crated, mostly because she loves being around everyone, but has shown great improvement in that regard. Cupid is spayed, healthy and ready to be scooped up by her new loving forever home! Will it be you?? 🙂 PS: Just no cats, please! Please contact Delaware Valley Siberian Husky Rescue here for more information on how to apply for sweet, sweet, Cupid. Here are some of our favorite images of Cupid. Can you stand the cuteness?! #amiright
