Sassy & Bronco’s Amazing Red Rocks Session

Happy Hump Day, friends!! I hope you are having a wonderful winter and staying warm. I thought I’d brighten my day (and hopefully yours) with one of our most amazing two dog pet photo sessions from late last year, featuring the most adorable duo, Sassy + Bronco! [If you look at the photos, Bronco is the slightly smaller little one.] We met these two pint-size cuties and their pawrents at Red Rocks, and found ourselves on one of the most beautiful fall days with the warm sun resting low in the sky.
We started out at the top in the Amphitheater and made our way down to the gorgeous trails around the park. As soon and we laid eyes on these two pups, we fell in love with them. There was just no getting around it. They put on the charm, looked up at us with those beautiful eyes, wagged their little tails, and it was over! Let me tell you a little bit about this pair… Both Sassy and Bronco are rescues, and both are about two years old. Sassy came into her family’s life two years ago, and soon thereafter Sassy’s momma saw a picture of Bronco on a rescue page on the Internet. She instantly knew Bronco had to be a part of their family, and they went all the way to California to rescue him! Now that’s pure love and dedication! Sassy & Bronco are very special to their mom and dad as they are their first puppers as adults.
As their momma told us before the session, both are very playful, so sweet and both loooooove attention. They are both very spoiled as well, but deservedly so! Bronco has a very gentle nature to him and loves to get close to give nose licks. Sassy is the quintessential tom-girl and might be slightly more reserved at first, but warms up right away. She loves to get out and explore. They are both buckets of energy and have made their family complete. They couldn’t imagine life without them, and we totally understand why! 🙂 We’re so grateful that we got to meet and photography this beautiful family.
They were so much fun to work with, and I think of their gorgeous session often. John and I wish these four all the love and happiness in the world. Hope you enjoy a few of my very favorite photos from this WYTP session!
