2017 Year in FURRY Review | Wag Your Tail Photography
2017 is officially in the books, and what a year it was! So, we thought it’d be fun to do a “furry” recap of it all. 2017 kicked off our 3rd official year in business (time flies when you’re having fun)! We met so many new furkids and even had several repeat visits with furkids we met before. The year was full woofs, meows and even our very first OINK! Our WYTP family has grown tremendously, and we have so many prior clients to thank for their generous referrals. We had celebration sessions for senior pups, such fun birthday shoots, adorable new puppy sessions, an awesome hooman & furkid college graduation session at UDel, gorgeous sunrise / sunset beach sessions, a cutie-patootie hooman newborn and furkid brother session, beautiful engagements / save the date session, more incredible rescue dog sessions with Delaware Valley Siberian Husky Rescue foster pups, amazing repeat furclient sessions, indoor sessions with feline beauties, pawsome pregnancy announcements, super fun themed holiday card sessions, grand-dog love celebration sessions, snowy winter wonderland sessions, and our very first mini pot-belly pig session!
We were also so honored to be published in various pet magazines (check one of them out here) and so thrilled to have had one of our photographs featured on Pet Valu’s Perfortmatrin Ultra Grain-Free Senior [Dog] Recipes Line food bags. We seriously have to pinch ourselves looking back on this incredible year. Mostly, we can’t believe how many cuties we’ve been so fortunate to meet and photograph.
Unfortunately, we also had some beautiful furclients who got their angel wings this year. They say that no matter how long pets are in our lives, it’s never long enough. Truer words have never been spoken. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to capture loving memories of these furbabies and hope their hoomans will treasure the photographs forever. May these angels run free and happy on the Rainbow Bridge.
So, dear friends, THANK YOU! Your furkids constantly make us smile and laugh out loud. Thank you for putting your trust in us to capture their adorable faces and hearts. We cannot express in words how much it means. The WYTP team is so excited for everything that’s on the horizon for this year, and we cannot wait to meet all the smiling and wagging pups, kitties, piggies, horsies, and all other cuties that come our way! Cheers to an incredible year ahead and much more wagging in all of our futures!!
Below is a collection of some of our favorite photos and memories from 2017. While we may be missing some, they are all in our hearts.
With all our heart, love and gratitude,
